Shri Dilip Kumar Pal joined the West Bengal Civil Service (Executive) as Deputy Collector & Deputy Magistrate and retired from service as Head of the Team of Experts for Panchayat Policy Reforms, Government of West Bengal. Before that he served as Special Secretary, Panchayats & RD Deptt. for 7 years.

All through his career, Shri Pal specialised in Capacity Building & Training, Decentralised Planning and Panchayat Policy Reforms.

Now as Project Team Leader at NIRDPR, he is leading a Project for Creating 375 Model GP Clusters across India covering about 1500 GPs.
